How far back does data go?
When you first connect your store, Shopimize imports your last 90 days of orders. Once connected, all new orders sync continuously — so your history grows from that initial 90-day window forward.
If you need data older than 90 days imported, contact us at hello@shopimize.com. We can do a manual historical import for an additional fee depending on the volume.
How long is data kept?
While your account is active, data is kept indefinitely. Your entire order history from the day you connected remains accessible.
If you cancel your subscription, data is kept for 90 days in a paused state. After 90 days without reactivation, all data is permanently deleted.
Changing date ranges
The default date range on most pages is "Last 30 days." Use the date picker at the top right to change it. You can go back to any date since your initial connection.
Ad platform history
Ad spend data follows the same rule as orders — 90 days of history on initial connection, then continuous going forward. If you need older ad data imported, the same manual import process applies.
Data accuracy over time
Shopimize doesn't retroactively change historical data unless you trigger a backfill (e.g. updating COGS and backfilling). If you change a cost rule, it applies going forward by default — old orders stay as they were unless you explicitly choose to recalculate them.
