Your data rights

As a Shopimize user, you have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time.

Exporting your data

Go to Settings → Data Export and click Request Export. Shopimize will prepare a full export of all your data — orders, costs, settings, integrations configuration — and email you a download link within 24 hours.

The export is a zip file containing CSV files and a JSON configuration file.

Deleting your account and data

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account and click Close Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing your email address.

Once confirmed, your account is scheduled for deletion. All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 7 days.

Note: if you have an active paid subscription, you'll need to cancel it first before deleting your account. The cancellation takes effect immediately for the deletion flow (no billing period to wait out).

Customer data Shopimize holds

Shopimize stores the following data from your connected stores:

  • Order data (order IDs, amounts, products, dates) — not customer PII beyond what's needed for analytics
  • Product data (names, SKUs, costs you enter)
  • Ad spend data from connected platforms
  • Your account settings and configuration

Shopimize does not store payment card details, customer shipping addresses, or customer email addresses from your orders.
