Sales Channel Mapping
Report PrestaShop payment methods as separate sales channels.
Mapping payment methods to sales channels
Who this is for
PrestaShop stores only. On Shopify and WooCommerce the sales channel arrives with the order data and needs no configuration, so the page will tell you there is nothing to set up.
How it works
Go to Settings → Sales Channels. Shopimize lists every payment method it has actually seen in your synced orders, with the number of orders behind each one — so the list reflects your real data rather than a generic set of options.
Turn a payment method on and orders paid that way are reported as their own sales channel. Leave it off and they stay grouped under the store's platform.
If the list is empty, no orders have synced yet. Sync first, then come back.
Saving applies retroactively
Saving does not only affect future orders: it rewrites the channel on the orders already in Shopimize, and tells you how many were updated. Your figures under Performance → Channels change to match straight away.
That also means turning a mapping off moves those orders back — the numbers in your channel reports will move with it, which is worth knowing before you change a mapping on a large store.
