Understanding plan usage and limits
What counts toward your limit
Your plan has a monthly order limit — new orders synced from your connected store(s) during the billing month. Returns, refunds, and order edits don't count as additional orders.
Checking your usage
Go to Settings → Usage to see your current month's order count and how close you are to the limit.
What happens when you hit the limit
Shopimize sends a warning email at 80% usage. At 100%, new orders stop syncing until you upgrade or the billing month resets. Your existing data and analytics stay fully accessible — nothing is hidden.
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan. The new limit applies immediately, and Shopimize catches up on any orders that didn't sync while you were at the limit.
Seasonal volume
If you expect high volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas), upgrade before the peak and downgrade afterward if needed. You can change plans at any time from Settings → Billing.
