Channel performance
Compare your sales channels side by side — which ones are driving the most profit, not just the most revenue.
Go to Performance → Channels to access it.
What counts as a channel
Shopimize groups orders by their sales channel tag from Shopify. Common channels: Online Store, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Point of Sale, Buy Button, Draft Orders. Amazon orders (if connected) appear as their own channel.
The comparison table
Each channel shows: revenue, orders, AOV, gross margin, net profit, net margin %, and return rate.
What to look for
High revenue + low margin channels are worth investigating. Common causes: that channel attracts more discount usage, has higher return rates, or the products sold there have lower margins.
Low volume + high margin channels are worth investing in — they convert profitably, you just need more traffic.
Channels with high return rates need product or presentation work — the problem is usually with how the product is shown, who the channel is reaching, or the product itself.
