PayPal fees are real costs that reduce profit on every PayPal order.
Set up a manual fee rule
Go to Settings → Commissions and add a rule for PayPal:
- Standard PayPal rate in most countries: 3.49% + fixed fee (€0.49 in EUR, £0.30 in GBP — varies by currency)
- Check your PayPal account under Account → Fees for your exact current rates
Once saved, this deduction applies to all PayPal orders.
Connect PayPal directly
For exact per-transaction fees, go to Integrations → PayPal and connect your PayPal business account. Shopimize reads the actual fees from PayPal's transaction history.
PayPal and Shopify
If you use PayPal through Shopify Payments, the fees may already be captured through the Shopify Payments integration. Check Costs → Breakdown after connecting Shopify Payments to see if PayPal fees are already appearing there.
