Connecting PrestaShop

Create an API key in PrestaShop

1. Log into your PrestaShop back office
2. Go to Advanced Parameters → Webservice
3. If the webservice is disabled, enable it at the top of the page
4. Click Add new webservice key
5. Click Generate to create a random key
6. Under Permissions, enable GET access for: orders, order_details, products, combinations, customers, addresses
7. Give the key a description like "Shopimize" and save

Connect in Shopimize

1. Go to Integrations and click Connect PrestaShop
2. Enter your store URL (e.g. https://yourstore.com)
3. Paste in the API key you just created
4. Click Connect

Shopimize will test the connection and start importing your orders.

After connecting

Orders import from the last 90 days. New orders sync automatically. Product costs from PrestaShop (if set) will be pulled in during the initial import.

Troubleshooting

"Webservice not enabled" — go to Advanced Parameters → Webservice and make sure the webservice is switched on.

"Unauthorized" — the API key permissions may be missing some resources. Verify GET access is enabled for orders, order_details, and products at minimum.
