🔌Integrations

WooCommerce Integration

Set up WooCommerce order and product syncing.

Connecting WooCommerce

Before you start

Your WooCommerce store needs to be on HTTPS. The OAuth connection won't work on HTTP.

Connect your store

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar and click Connect WooCommerce
  2. Enter your store URL (e.g. https://yourstore.com) — include the https://, no trailing slash
  3. Click Connect. You'll be redirected to your WordPress admin
  4. Review the permissions and click Approve
  5. You'll be sent back to Shopimize and the import starts automatically

The initial import pulls in orders from the last 90 days. Depending on order volume, this takes 1–10 minutes.

After connecting

New orders sync automatically. Refunds and cancellations sync within a few minutes.

Common issues

"Connection refused" or "SSL error" — your store is on HTTP or has an invalid SSL certificate. Check that https://yourstore.com loads without a browser warning.

Redirect loop after approving — sometimes happens if you're already logged into WordPress as a different user. Log out of WordPress, clear cookies, and try again.

"Store not found" — double-check the URL. It should be the root domain, not a subdirectory like /wp-admin or /shop.

If none of those fix it, contact support at hello@shopimize.com with your store URL.
