Connecting TikTok Ads
How to connect
- Go to Integrations and click Connect TikTok Ads
- You'll be redirected to TikTok to sign in and authorize access
- Select the ad accounts you want to track
- Click Confirm and you'll be sent back to Shopimize
- Ad data starts syncing immediately. Historical data from the last 90 days imports in the background
What syncs
Daily spend by campaign and ad group, impressions, clicks, and conversions. Data is visible in Costs → TikTok Ads once the sync is complete.
TikTok's data delay
TikTok ad data is typically finalized 24–48 hours after the day ends. Yesterday's spend may look slightly different today than it will tomorrow. This is normal — not a Shopimize issue.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect TikTok Ads at any time from Integrations. Historical spend data already synced will remain in Shopimize.
